What I’m cooking

I love to cook, and on these pages you can read about old favourites or new things I’ve tried and find links to other recipes on the Internet. If the best version is in a book, I’ll tell you where to find it.

You won’t find a lot of measurements in my own recipes. They’re meant to be guidelines. After all, I don’t now how many you’re cooking for, how much oil or fat you’re comfortable with, or how strongly you like things to be seasoned.
